Sarrio
The chamois is the most characteristic mammal of the high mountains of the Pyrenees, whose elegant silhouette against the ridges, is an image that we usually associate with alpine character of their habitat. In winter occupies lower elevations and forest (1700-2000 m) and spring as the snow melts and the vegetation grows, they move to higher altitudes (2000-2900 m).
In The Ribagorza can see mountain goats in the massifs of Posets, Maladeta Cotiella and Turbón.
