Estopiñán Castle

Of Muslim origin, was conquistdo in 1059 by Arnau Mir de Tost under the command of Count of Barcelona, Ramon Berenguer I. This is a spectacular walled city (only the walls left standing flush the walls), which supports and extends into an elongated rocky outcrop from which it dominates the population.
He is ten meters wide, as wide and fifty long. It is completely walled in by the south and the north side combines the smooth rock walls with panels of masonry that has needed fixing mesh, given its instability and fragmentation.
