The June 30 festivities are held in honor Benasque San Marcial. On this date represents the "Ball dels omes" which, as its name Patu, only the men dance.
Stewards Benasque holiday travel along the procession and then in the Town Hall Square, with flowers attached with a headscarf and accompanied by castanets, dance this dance which dates back to 1820 and whose music served as a inspiration for the anthem used during the Second Irrigation Republic.
The dance consists of three parts: the arrival of the benasqueses to the town hall square dancing in pairs in front of the saint, the patron dancing around him, and the victory that is symbolized in the "marradetas".
The next day, women are the stars of Dancing with the Ball de les Dones, who dance with men in couples.
