• Garlic, 2 cloves

  • Beef tallow, 150 gr.
  • Ham bone, 200 gr.
  • Potatoes, 100 gr.
  • Green beans, 100 gr.
  • Winter cabbage, 100 gr.

Chop fine the garlic, beef tallow and pork and all this make some balls. Place the balls of fat to cook with the ham bone, beans and vegetables. Add potatoes finished twenty minutes before cooking.
